calm area early hour
the staff helped me find a taxi to the airport at a very early hour. the hotel is close to the lyon train station, thats in a calm area.
the water wasnt always hot so i had to take a cold shower one time

friendly staff beautiful room working air conditioning
The staff was very friendly. Tariq at the reception was helpful, so I was glad I met him. My room was beautiful, and the air conditioning worked well.
My room lacked a minibar. There was also no refrigerator. I think having those amenities would be convenient.

helpful staff clean room convenient location
the staff was great and helpful. the room was always clean. the location was very convenient for accessing transportation. breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of options.
the room seemed a bit small. i didn't find much space for luggage storage. this. more space would enhance comfort.

convenient location easy travel clean room small room limited space slow lift
the location was really convenient. it was near the gare du lyon (this made travel easy). the room was clean and had everything i needed.
the room i had was quite small. there was not much space to move around or open my suitcase (i had to be strategic). the lift was also rather slow.

cramped room loud hairdryer
the location met my expectations as it was easy to reach.
the room felt cramped. there wasn't enough space for my luggage, i had to keep my suitcase on the floor. it was quite inconvenient. the hairdryer only had one setting, loud and hot!
